Natalino Systems ("we," "us") helps businesses redesign workflows and set up practical automation, including AI phone answering. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our ads and forms, and our demo phone line, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us through our website forms or Facebook and Instagram lead forms, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and details about how your business works today.
• Calls to our demo line. Calls to our demo number are answered by an AI assistant. We record and transcribe these calls and keep the details you share, such as your name and phone number, to follow up with you and improve the demo.
• Website usage data such as pages visited, browser type and referring site, collected through Google Analytics and, if installed, the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To respond to you and contact you about the service you asked about, by phone call, text message or email.
• To set up and run a pilot or service for your business if you sign up.
• To measure and improve our website, ads and demo.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about our services, including with automated or AI-assisted messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or tell us on a call that you don't want further calls. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our phone and AI voice provider, our database and CRM, our email and messaging tools, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're in contact with you or providing a service, and delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days.
